Visual architecture defines this body of work. The series marks the exact threshold where a fragment severs its functional ties to claim total agency over the frame. These are not records. They are the emergence of an absolute presence. By stripping the subject of its history, the lens forces a confrontation with a self-contained reality that demands to be seen on its own terms.
The methodology is rooted in radical exclusion. By locking the gaze onto a single detail, such as the arc of a petal or the abrasive grain of salt, the work short-circuits the viewer’s reflexive recognition. What is typically lost to the periphery becomes monumental. This photography does not observe reality. It disrupts it. It exposes a landscape of silence and texture found on the flip side of the visible, where the minute scale expands into the infinite.
